Event FAQs

Answers To Your Questions

Pricing

What is the cost of holding an event at Skydeck?
Rates are as low as $3,500 for a morning event for up to three hours.

How far in advance should I plan my event?
As long as the event space is space available for your desired date and time, we can accommodate events with very little lead time. We typically request at least two weeks’ notice to discuss your event’s objectives and how our team and your selected caterer can exceed your expectations.

Venue

How many people can Skydeck accommodate?
Our flexible 99th-floor space seats 175 or up to 300 for non-seated receptions. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What does your package include?
The cost includes exclusive room rental of the 99th floor featuring views of up to 50 miles or four states.

Will Skydeck provide audiovisual equipment?
The 99th Floor is equipped with Wi-Fi and projection screens. All other items are available upon request.

Are there different room setup options?
The floor is very versatile. We can accommodate theater, classroom, conference, or reception style events.

Is there an event planner/coordinator for me to work with?
On the day of the event, an Event Coordinator will be available to assist with your event needs. We recommend a walkthrough prior to the event to learn about our “best practices” and finalize your Skydeck special event logistics.

Are the guests able to use the Skydeck at their leisure?
Optional VIP access to The Ledge assures an unforgettable experience for your guests. We typically designate a time for this Ledge access.

Parking

Where do people park?
Parking is conveniently located directly across the street from the tower on Franklin Street. Tower Self Park, operated by InterPark, is located at 211 W. Adams with parking access from either Franklin or Adams. We recommend contacting InterPark at 312/935-2724 to discuss pre-paid parking or discounted parking vouchers.

Are there time constraints for parking?
The parking garage is open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

Where will the cocktail hour be held?
Cocktail hours are typically held on the 99th floor to take advantage of the 360-degree views, as well as spectacular sunsets if the event timing and season permit.

All catering is done through our Preferred Caterers who can be as extravagant or simple as you wish. Sample menus are available upon request.
