Do I need to reserve tickets?

It is highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance to secure your preferred entry time. A set number of tickets are reserved for each half hour period and periods can sell out. Walk ups are admitted on a ticket availability basis.

When should I arrive for my Skydeck visit?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time.

How much time do I get on The Ledge?

For an optimal Ledge experience for all guests, on busier days Ledge visit times for parties of five or less will be a shared Ledge with two parties and a maximum of 90 seconds, and for parties of 6 or more will be a maximum of 90 seconds per party.

Does Skydeck offer storage lockers?

No, we do not have storage lockers available.

Is Skydeck ADA and sensory compliant?

Skydeck is completely accessible and ADA compliant. Ramps and elevators in the facility make access easy for strollers, scooters, and wheelchairs. The Ledge is also accessible by these means, giving everyone a chance to enjoy the view!

  • Skydeck is not only ADA compliant, but also Sensory Compliant. Our exhibits feature four sensory bypass doors, so you can pick and choose what to experience.
