With CityPASS, you can visit five of Chicago’s most iconic attractions at your own pace, over a nine-day period. Your CityPASS ticket includes:
- Expedited Entry to Skydeck
- Admission to the Shedd Aquarium
- Admission to the Field Museum
In addition to these three visits, CityPASS includes admission to any two of the following:

If you have a CityPass, be advised that advanced tickets are strongly recommended, as Skydeck has implemented timed ticketing. Also, note that Ledge visit times for parties of 3 or less have a maximum time limit of 60 seconds. For parties of 4 or more, time limits extend to 90 seconds.

Skydeck is completely accessible and ADA compliant. Ramps and elevators in the facility make access easy for strollers, scooters, and wheelchairs. The Ledge is also accessible by these means, giving everyone a chance to enjoy the view!
Other accessibility features at Skydeck include:
- We offer complimentary wheelchairs on a first-come, first-served basis for those who need them. Send your visit date and time to sales@theskydeck.com if you would like to reserve a wheelchair.
- Skydeck is not only ADA compliant, but also Sensory Compliant. Our exhibits feature four sensory bypass doors, so you can pick and choose what to experience.
