What constitutes a group?
Our group minimum is 20 guests.

What are your group rates?
Call (312) 875-9447 or Email sales@theskydeck.com to receive pricing information. Qualified receptive and tour operators special pricing is available.

What is your complimentary ticket policy?
One complementary ticket with every 20 tickets purchased.

Do we need a reservation?
Yes, to receive the group discount and benefits, reservations must be made a minimum of 14 business days before desired date of arrival. April & May dates sell out six months in advance so don’t delay!

What telephone number do I call to make a reservation?
Group reservations can be made by calling (312) 875-9447 Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Where can I park my motorcoach or bus? Is there a fee?
Complimentary bus parking is available at 1200 South Canal (Roosevelt and Canal). Driver must remain with coach per City ordinance.

What is your payment or deposit policy? What forms of payment does the Skydeck accept?
A 50% deposit is required when you make a reservation. We gladly accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and company, school or organization checks. Personal checks are not accepted. You may pay upon arrival.

How much time should our group allow for our Skydeck visit?
On average, it takes most groups around 1 to 1.5 hours to experience the Skydeck.
