Lollapalooza 2021 Dates

Lollapalooza is a four-day musical extravaganza celebrating a wide variety of genres. The Lollapalooza 2021 dates are Thursday July 29 – Sunday August 1 with exciting headliners performing throughout the long weekend.

This year’s event will mark 30 years since Lollapalooza first rocked through Chicago. The festival originally started as a touring event in 1991, performing in and around the area for years. While there was a brief break from 1997-2003, the festival was revived in 2004, but it didn’t find a permanent home in the Windy City until 2010. Since then, locals and tourists alike have flocked to the city in the summer to see their favorite musical acts against the city skyline.
