Great Views From the Tallest Buildings in the US: Willis Tower, Chicago

At 1,353 feet high, the Skydeck offers the best view of Chicago, up to 50 miles on a clear day. For the adventurous, slowly inch out on “The Ledge” where you’ll find yourself within a glass-enclosed box that extends four feet out from the building. Not for you? Then try walking around the Skydeck since you’ll have incredible views from all sides — seeing up to four states on a perfect day. The best time to visit is after 5pm for dramatic sunsets.
