The Chicago St. Patrick’s Day parade is always celebrated the Saturday prior to St. Patrick’s Day. This year, the parade will start at 12:30 PM on Saturday, March 16th. Proudly sponsored by the Plumbers Local 130 UA, the parade starts at Balbo Drive and Columbus Drive and continues up to Monroe St. Kicking off the parade, however, is the annual river dyeing. You’ve probably heard that Chicago dyes the entire Chicago River green each year. Rest assured, it’s a site you don’t want to miss!
